The CbdBase Team will deliver all parcels to the Packeta Hungary Kft.within 24 hours of processing the payment, who will deliver the shipment within 24 hours if possible. Delivery takes place throughout Hungary, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on a working day.

All packages are discreetly packaged by CbdBase, with the company name (Hun Medical kft.) listed as the sender!
When undeliverable shipments are returned, CbdBase tries to reconnect with the customer via email address or phone number that was provided, and then will try to deliver the shipment again.
CbdBase does not deliver to post office box addresses for quality assurance reasons!
As a general rule, all packages are handed over to the Packeta Hungary Kft. courier service within 24 hours of processing the payment.

The CbdBase Team regrets that you have an order problem!
If the problem arises from the delivery (broken package, etc…), please send a photo of the damaged product,as well as the invoice and order number to the address sales@cbdbase.eu.
If the problem is not the result of the delivery, please write to us at the address sales@cbdbase.eu.
If the package has already been mailed by CbdBase, we are unable to cancel the order.

Right of withdrawal (17/1999(II.5)) Pursuant to Article 4 of the Government Decree
Send us an email to the next email address as soon as you have decided that you want to return the product and it has not yet been 14 days before you received the package and have not yet opened the product.
Within 14 days of the receipt of the product, the buyer may withdraw from the contract with a written declaration, even if the product suffers from no defects, and you can return the product mentioned in the contract to the address of Hun Medical Kft. The withdrawal period for contracts of delivery begins on the day on which the product arrived at the customer. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

It is a condition that the goods and their packaging are not damaged, that the product is in an unopened state, and that the return shipment does not arrive as a “cash on delivery” to Hun Medical Kft. to. When the product is not being used for the intended purpose, the consumer shall be liable for the resulting damage. Postal costs related to the postal return of the product in this case are borne by the buyer. In order to comply with the deadline, it is sufficient to post the goods in due time, along with a cover letter expressing the claim for a refund of the purchase price, including the exercise of a short right of withdrawal and if possible, the original invoice. The risk of damage during return is borne by the buyer and is obliged to prove the fact of the return. If the customer returns the product properly within the deadline, Hun Medical Ltd. will refund the purchase price of the product.
The purchase price already paid will be refunded within 72 days of receipt of the package at the latest. When we receive the package, we check that it complies with the rules we have imposed: an unopened and injury-free product, which the Customer will be notified of by e-mail. If the returned package complies with the rules, the Customer may decide whether he wants to replace it with another product or take advantage of the money-back guarantee.
Hun Medical Ltd. draws the attention of its customers in particular to the fact that the right of withdrawal mentioned in this section cannot be enforced on products purchased in the store. We draw the attention of our customers to the importance of keeping the receipt! Please always keep it to quicken administration and identification!
